Balkrishna Industries Limited (BKT) is the biggest OTR tire manufacturer in India. Their strength is to manufacture tires for Mines, Ports and Agriculture. In Vietnam, BKT is one of the first OTR tire companies to penetrate the market and grab quite large market share, especially in the field of Coal Mines. During the years 2006 - 2008, there was serious shortage of supply for tires 24.00R35 in Coal Mines, BKT tires were promptly supplied and took account for 50% total market share of tires 24.00R35. This helped Coal Mines to ensure normal operation.

Following the criterion of constantly improving quality and not being self-satisfied, BKT has been continuously improving tires’ pattern and quality to better meet customers’ need. In May 2020, BKT launched in Vietnam two new patterns for tires 24.00R35. They are 24.00R35 BKT EARTHMAX SR47 E-4** CR and 24.00R35 BKT EARTHMAX SR45 H2 E-4** CR.

The goal of BKT tires 24.00R35 is to achieve an average of 4,000 hours in Vietnam's Coal Mines. It is a new beginning full of hope. It is expected that BKT and Thang Long will have breakthroughs in the field of supplying tires for Coal Mines.
