Continental Sime Tyre is one of the “BIG FOUR” tire manufacturers in the world. SIMEX is famous for its Construction and Industrial tires. At present, there is no Port tires of other brands can be compared with SIMEX’s. The quality and performance of SIMEX’s port tires even surpass the same of Michelin and Bridgestone.

SIMEX tires appeared in Vietnam long ago. However, due to unreasonable price policy, the market share of SIMEX tires is very small, and only recognized by some customers. Even, about 1 year ago, the supply of SIMEX OTR tires even were interrupted, the tires were not accepted by customers due to high price.

After a deep and careful market research with a lot of studies and surveys, Continental Sime Tyre together with THANG LONG SPARE PART EQUIPMENT JSC., 

are determined to bring SIMEX tires back to Vietnam market, to make the appearance of SIMEX tires adequate to its famous brand. With the full support from manufacturer in the terms of price, THANG LONG SPARE PART EQUIPMENT JSC., as the sole importer and distributor of SIMEX OTR tires in Vietnam, step by step, has brought SIMEX tires back to Vietnam market. Being fully supported by almost port companies in Haiphong, on October, 8^th, 2009, THANG LONG SPARE PART EQUIPMENT JSC., organized a small conference about  SIMEX tires’ quality, with the attendance of all technicians of all ports in Haiphong, together with Mr. Ng. Chee Kien – Sales Manager – Export ASEAN from SIMEX company. It’s great happiness and pleasure to Mr. Ng Chee Kien (in particular) and SIMEX company (in general) that no one has complained about its quality. It’s mutually agreed that the quality of SIMEX port tires is the best. However, to make these tires be fully developed and well-spread in Vietnam market, SIMEX needs to perform more and more support, espcially in terms of price for this market. The conference achieved great and complete success in the end.

The conference was very ebullient, with the attendance of all the technicians from port companies in Haiphong.

Mr. Ng. Chee Kien (in blue) - Sales Manager - Export ASEAN were impressed by the warm and enthusiatic welcome from the technicians. To him, being directly contacted with people from port companies is a gold chance for not only himself but also for SIMEX company as he could directly listen to all the feedbacks and comments from his customers, to make SIMEX tire quality as well as supporting policies become better and better.

At the end of the conference, all the people from ports, along with Mr. Chee Kien and representatives from Thang long Spart part Equipment took a photograph to mark the closer and better relationship and connection among all.
