Anyone who is doing business in the field of super weight vehicles as well as OTR tires knows about Toyo brand.

6 years ago, we supplied 18.00R33 for a big customer in construction field. The terrain where the applications were operating was very harsh. The director of that company said to us that: “I had used many kinds of well-known brands in the world such as Michelin, Bridgestone, Simex – Continental.... but have not found any tires as good as Toyo’s which were fitted along with my newly imported applications”.

“Your company is a professional tire importer, please try to contact with Toyo factory to import that kind of tire for me. I  commit that if your company can supply us Toyo tires, I will use that brand only and even accept the price 10%-15% higher than that of Michelin and Bridgestone”, he proposed.

After so many times contacting Toyo factory, we finally received their reply that Toyo’s production capacity could not meet the demand of their existing markets, so they could not supply for Vietnam market at that time

For a long time, our mind has always been preoccupied with the think that why we can’t import such a big brand of high quality and suitable to Vietnam’s terrain like Toyo to supply for our market, meet the demand of the consumers?

Days after days, Toyo has built more factories, which helps them to extend their production capacity. At the end of 2009, the first Toyo OTR products appeared in Vietnam market and was wlecomed by customers. Toyo tires have been operating in almost coal mines of Vietnam.

After nearly one year on the tire market of Vietnam, based on careful selection of foreign supplier, at the beginning of September,2010 Thang Long Spare Part Equipment JSC was assigned as the sole distribution agent for Toyo OTR in the territory of Vietnam. With high quality, rational price, we do hope that Toyo tire will develop remarkably and dominate Vietnam market in the near future.
